Access, setup,
and how to check it.
Everything you need to get CruxAlgo onto a chart and running the way you want it. If something here does not answer your question, one email reaches a person who can change the script.
Quick start
Four steps,
one of them yours.
Step two is the one people miss. Payment alone does not grant access — TradingView has no API for invite-only scripts, so a person adds your username by hand and we need to know which account.
01
Subscribe
Monthly or yearly, from the pricing page. Checkout is handled by Stripe; we never see your card.
02
Send your TradingView username
You land on the welcome page after checkout. Submit the form there. Nothing happens until you do — if you closed that tab, go to cruxalgo.com/welcome and submit it now.
03
We grant access by hand
Within one business hour, 09:00–18:00 UK, Monday to Friday. Outside those hours it is the next business hour — an order placed 02:00 Saturday is done Monday morning. We would rather say that than say "instantly" and miss.
04
Add it to a chart
In TradingView open Indicators, choose Invite-only scripts, and click CruxAlgo Pro. If it is not listed, sign out and back in once — the list is cached.
The one thing that goes wrong
Username,
not display name.
A display name will not resolve and access will not be granted. They are usually different, and the display name is the one you see first — which is exactly why this is the most common mistake.
Find your exact username
Click your avatar top right, choose Profile. The address bar reads tradingview.com/u/yourname/ — the part after /u/ is your username. It is also printed under your profile picture in smaller grey type.
You sent the wrong one
Submit the form at cruxalgo.com/welcome again with the correct username. The latest submission wins — there is nothing to undo and no need to email first. If you already have access under a wrong account, say so in the form.
An hour has passed and nothing appeared
Check it is a business hour first. If it is, email support@cruxalgo.com from the address you paid with and include the username. That pair is all we need to find you.
What you are looking at
Seven components,
and what each one draws.
Each has its own toggle. Turn any of them off and it stops drawing — nothing else changes.
Structure
A dashed level where a swing gave way, spanning from the swing that made it to the bar that broke it, with one word above it. A break of structure is a continuation.
Liquidity sweeps
The same visual language as a structure level, and deliberately so — both are "a level, and the bar that resolved it". A sweep pierces the level and closes back inside it. The word differs because the meaning is near-opposite.
Order blocks
A box drawn on the last opposing candle before a hard move, extended forward until price trades back through it. Ships switched off — turn it on in settings if you want the zones.
Trend
The ribbon under price. Green while the read is bullish, red while it is bearish, and neutral when it has no read — the neutral state is the point, not a gap.
Signals, and their levels
A BUY or SELL marker on the bar that completed the setup, plus a take-profit and a stop level for the most recent signal only — both clear the moment the next one prints. They are drawn levels, not orders. The script does not open, size or close anything.
Reversals
A short callout at a turn in the ribbon, placed clear of the candles so it stays readable. Informational — it is not an entry marker.
Invalidation level
A single line marking where the read stops being valid. It is drawn analysis, not an instruction, and it is off by default.
There is also a state panel and optional session shading. Both are furniture — they read out what the components already found and draw no signals of their own.
Settings
Every input,
with a tooltip on it.
Double-click the indicator name on your chart, or hover it and click the gear. Inputs are grouped by component, and every one carries an i tooltip explaining what it changes. Nothing is locked and there is no "pro settings" tier.
Markers sitting too close to the candles
Raise Marker Distance in the Signals group. Lower it for zoomed-in or portrait captures where the default reaches too far.
Too much on the chart
Switch components off one at a time rather than reaching for a preset. Structure and liquidity levels are the two that add the most ink.
Back to how it shipped
The settings dialog has a Defaults button at the bottom left. It restores every input at once.
Do not take our word
Check the no-repaint claim
in about two minutes.
Repainting means a signal appears, then moves or disappears once more bars arrive. It is the single most common complaint about indicators in this category, and it is checkable without trusting us.
01
Open bar replay
The Replay button sits in the chart toolbar. Pick any historical date — the further back the better.
02
Step forward bar by bar
Watch a marker print. Note the exact bar it lands on and the price level it points at.
03
Keep stepping
Add twenty, fifty, a hundred more bars. The marker stays on the bar it printed on. If a signal ever moved, you would see it here.
04
Compare against live
Leave replay and scroll back to the same date on the live chart. Same bar, same level. That is the whole test.
Alerts
TradingView's alerts,
not ours.
Right-click the chart and choose Add alert, or press Alt + A. Set Condition to CruxAlgo Pro and pick the event you want from the list.
Set it to "Once Per Bar Close"
Signals confirm on the close. An intrabar alert can fire on a bar that has not finished and would not have produced the signal.
Delivery is TradingView's
Phone push, desktop, email or webhook — configured in the alert dialog. No server of ours sits in the path, so there is nothing of ours that can go down and cost you an alert.
Alert limits are your plan's
How many alerts you can run at once is set by your TradingView plan, not by us. The free plan allows a small number.
What it does not do
Stated plainly,
before you buy.
It does not trade
No orders, no position sizing, no broker connection. It draws on a chart. Every decision and every click is yours.
It is not advice
Nothing it draws is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We are not licensed to give financial advice and we do not.
The rule that fires a signal is ours
Every input is exposed with a tooltip and every component switches off, so you can see and control what it draws. The condition itself is not published. That is the product.
It will be wrong
Every signal generator produces losing signals, including this one. Anyone showing you only the good ones is selling you the edit, not the tool.
